My Specialties & Services
Therapy is a space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface — to reflect, heal, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. I offer individual therapy for adults and young adults who are looking for a meaningful and grounded approach to emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Whether you’re struggling with something specific or feeling lost without a clear reason, therapy can help you make sense of your experience and move toward greater clarity, relief, and self-understanding.
I Work With Individuals, Couples, Families, & Groups
Individual Psychotherapy
A reflective and collaborative process aimed at uncovering the emotional and psychological factors underlying persistent difficulties in one’s inner and interpersonal life. Through regular, one-on-one sessions, we work to understand your internal world, recurring patterns, defense mechanisms, and unconscious conflicts.
This therapy is suitable for individuals seeking deeper insight into issues such as anxiety, depression, identity confusion, trauma, or relational struggles. It invites emotional growth, increased self-understanding, and greater freedom in how you relate to yourself and others.
Couples Therapy
This service supports partners in exploring the emotional and unconscious dynamics that influence their relationship. Instead of only focusing on surface-level communication problems, we look deeper into how each partner’s history, attachment patterns, and internal conflicts play out in the relationship.
The therapeutic space encourages partners to understand their emotional reactions, clarify unmet needs, and work through conflicts with greater empathy and honesty. The goal is not only symptom relief but fostering deeper connection, emotional attunement, and mutual growth.
Family Therapy
A therapeutic process that focuses on the complex emotional patterns within a family system. Family therapy explores how individual difficulties are often embedded in relational dynamics across generations. This service looks at roles, loyalties, unresolved grief, and unconscious transmissions of conflict or trauma within the family.
By bringing these processes into awareness, families are supported in breaking repetitive cycles, improving communication, and developing healthier ways of relating. The aim is to create a more supportive and emotionally integrated family environment.
Psychological Assessment
A structured and comprehensive evaluation process used to understand key aspects of an individual’s cognitive and emotional functioning. This service includes:
Intelligence Assessment: Measures intellectual abilities such as reasoning, problem-solving, memory, and processing speed to provide insights into cognitive strengths and challenges.
Personality Assessment: Explores enduring personality traits, emotional functioning, and interpersonal patterns to better understand how an individual perceives and relates to themselves and others.
This assessment can be helpful for diagnostic clarity, academic or occupational planning, therapy guidance, or personal insight. A detailed report and feedback session are provided as part of the process.
Long term Insight-Oriented Therapy
For individuals interested in sustained emotional and psychological growth. This service is less symptom-driven and more focused on uncovering and transforming long-standing patterns related to identity, intimacy, self-esteem, and unconscious conflict.
My Approach
At the core of my practice is the belief that our relationships – past and present – shape much of who we are, how we see ourselves, and how we relate to the world. I work through a relational and psychodynamic lens, which means I pay close attention to the unconscious patterns, emotional experiences, and relational dynamics that may be influencing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
This approach is not about offering quick fixes. Instead, it’s about creating a safe, collaborative, and reflective space where we can explore your inner world together. Often, it’s in the therapeutic relationship itself—how you and I relate—that healing and self-understanding begin to take root.
Whether it’s old wounds, confusing emotions, or persistent struggles in relationships, therapy can offer a meaningful opportunity to slow down, look inward, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What issues can therapy help with?
Therapy can support you through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, identity struggles, emotional regulation issues, and life transitions. It’s also valuable for anyone seeking deeper self-understanding or personal growth.
3. What is the difference between online and in-person therapy?
Both formats offer meaningful therapeutic work. Online therapy provides flexibility and comfort from your own space, while in-person sessions can offer more immediacy and grounding. The choice depends on your preference, location, and availability.
5. How long will therapy take?
There’s no fixed timeline. Some clients attend therapy for a few months to work on specific goals, while others choose long-term therapy for deeper exploration and sustained growth. We’ll review your progress and needs periodically throughout the process.
2. How do I know which type of therapy is right for me — individual, couple, or family?
If your challenges feel personal or internal, individual therapy may be the right fit. If the concerns are rooted in your relationship with a partner or family system, couple or family therapy can be more helpful. In our initial consultation, I’ll help guide you based on what feels most supportive for your needs.
4. How often do I need to attend sessions?
Session frequency depends on the nature and intensity of your concerns. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, while some may benefit from twice-weekly work. This will be discussed collaboratively in the first few sessions.
6. Is everything I share in therapy confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of the therapeutic space. Everything you share remains private, except in rare situations where safety concerns arise (such as risk of harm to self or others), in which case I am ethically and legally obligated to take appropriate steps.
